Today, March 18, a pair of navy blue winter gloves were found on the Barnstable High School lacrosse field during our first practice. If you have misplaced your navy blue gloves, please contact Coach Josh during your next practice.

R Rules: This is the metric that puts us on the same page no matter where we play.

O Opponents: Without them, there is no game.

O Officials: Men and Women who invest much of their time to make sure the USLacrosse regulation standards are met. They receive a pittance of pay per game (basically volunteering like the coaches). These people are here for you. Treat them well. They can't always make the right call. Life goes on, never treat them poorly!

T Team: Look around you! Communicate and support. This is the place where our individual strengths and personalities come together and make us a unique force of nature.

S Self: Sometimes the individual is lost in a team setting. But not Here! You the player are the reason we all are ultimately here. Look at the sidelines for a reminder, you will see and hear friends and family wishing you well. You the individual player are essential to the game! Thank you for being!
